About me:

Therapy can be hard - I get it, I've been there, but it doesn't have to be. I work collaboratively, so you don’t have to know what to do, or what to say. We’ll work through whatever you’re facing, at your pace.

I'm here to listen and support you, without judgement. Whether you’re looking for a place to talk through challenges, want to feel heard, or just need to vent, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and safe. With a sensitive and empathetic approach, I tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs, treating each client as an individual.

My curiosity about people, and passion for well-being is what led me to this work; connecting with others, wherever they are on their journey, is an honour and a joy for me. I've been on both sides of the counselling room, so I know how daunting it can be just to get started, but I truly believe through working together, you can get what you need from therapy.

I trained in psychodynamic counselling, but have also studied a number of styles, including person-centred and humanistic counselling. I take an integrative approach, to meet you where you are.

I have a diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling, and a degree in Psychology & Counselling. I’m also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.
