About me:

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face things alone.

I am an experienced integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with over 13 years of practice, supporting adults, older adults, couples, and neurodivergent clients through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. I work with issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, OCD, and questions around meaning and spirituality, as well as trauma, including PTSD and complex PTSD.

I have recently trained in Rewind Trauma Therapy, an approach recognised by Cardiff University, the Clinical Psychology Unit at the University of Leicester, and the Specialist Therapies Team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust as a potential alternative to traditional trauma therapies. It can often be effective in fewer sessions, helping clients process traumatic experiences in a gentle and contained way. I offer this both face-to-face and online, where it can be equally effective.

I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients, including those on the autism spectrum, and aim to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and able to express themselves in their own way and at their own pace.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and insight-based. I believe that being truly heard can be a powerful starting point for change, and I work alongside clients to help them make sense of their experiences, develop self-awareness, and move towards a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.

Alongside my integrative training, I hold a diploma in person-centred counselling and have undertaken additional training in CBT, Complex PTSD, Transforming Anxiety in Autism, Polyvagal Theory, Vicarious Post-Traumatic Growth, Burnout and Resilience, and Trauma, the Brain and Recovery.

I offer both in-person and online counselling and aim to provide a calm, supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore whatever is on your mind.

In a space where you feel truly heard, change can begin—gently, at your own pace, and in a way that feels right for you.
