About me:

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to talk about what’s going on. If you’re feeling stuck, struggling, or simply need someone to talk to, you don’t have to face things alone. I’m Laura, and I offer a safe, confidential space where you can feel heard, understood and supported without judgement.

I work with young people aged 16+ and adults, offering a calm and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you.

Through counselling, many people find they gain clarity, understanding, and greater confidence in managing their thoughts and feelings, helping them make choices that feel right for them.
