About me:

I am a qualified Humanistic Counsellor, with a Gestalt-informed approach. I offer individual counselling for adults. My work is relational and thoughtful, with an emphasis on understanding how your past experiences continue to shape your present.

I aim to offer a steady, reflective space where things can be spoken about at a pace you want. I'm interested in helping you make sense of what's happening for you and noticing patterns that developed over time.

I pay attention to what's happening in the here-and-now, including emotions, bodily responses and the relationship between us. I'm less concerned with labels or diagnoses, and more interested in how you experience yourself and others.

This is your space, for you to think more deeply about yourself, your relationships, or if you're feeling stuck and overwhelmed.

Therapies offered:

  • Gestalt therapy
  • Humanistic therapies

Professional bodies:

  • British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
