About me:

Matthew Rawlings (MBACP)

I am a BACP-registered counsellor providing individual therapy for adults across Glasgow and Scotland. My practice focuses on helping people work through anxiety, bereavement, burnout, ongoing stress, and major life changes.

Asking for support can feel daunting, so I keep my approach down-to-earth, transparent, and respectful. Alongside flexible online video and telephone counselling, I specialise in outdoor Walk & Talk therapy through Kelvingrove Park. Many people find that walking side-by-side in a green space feels less intense and more natural than sitting in a traditional room.

We move at your speed, focusing on what matters most to you—whether that means finding practical ways to manage daily fatigue or taking time to unpack deeper personal challenges.
