About me:

I'm a therapist who specialises in helping people work through the things that hold them back from living the life they want to live.

Therapy is a deeply transformative process where we can explore the connections between our present-day challenges and past experiences. This process often involves the untangling of the conditioned responses and behaviours that hold us back.

My speciality area is individuation, which is the process of becoming whole and distinctly yourself. Through exploring the embodied wisdom that we all carry, we get back in touch with intuition, purpose and soul desires. The individuation process involves finding with that authentic self that has been discouraged by the world around us and learning to thrive. It's my goal to help you along that path.

Through this integration, we can lead more authentic, empowered lives and become active participants in our choices and responsibilities.

Therapies offered:

  • Humanistic therapies
  • Integrative counselling
  • Person-centred therapy
  • Psychodynamic therapy

Professional bodies:

  • British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
