About me:

You are welcome here!

Hi I'm Megan, I’m a qualified BACP registered Integrative Counsellor, which in short means I am able to blend different therapeutic approaches to suit your unique circumstances.

Life can feel heavy sometimes. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, loss, relationships, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, to discover new ways forward.

Together, we’ll work at your pace to help you find hope, self confidence and strength.

Your journey is unique, and I’m here to support you in finding the approach that feels most natural to you.

To arrange an initial phone call please fill out the contact form.

Usually the first phone call last up to 15 minutes, this isn’t a counselling session.

It’s more of a chat for us to get to know each other, because the most important things is that you feel comfortable with me.

Following this, you decide if you would like to book a first session.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Therapies offered:

  • Integrative counselling
  • Person-centred therapy
  • Psychodynamic therapy
