I bring a holistic approach to therapy, combining my expertise in integrative therapy with complementary practices like life coaching, addiction recovery (through 12 step program: ACA/OA/CODA/ALANON/UA/DA/SLAA), yoga and meditation, and Cranio-Sacral therapy (in training). This unique blend of skills allows me to see the whole picture of your experience—mind, body, and spirit—so that we can unlock the healing potential within you.

Working together, we'll tailor our sessions to fit your needs, whether you're seeking short-term focused work or an open-ended journey. I specialise in working with individuals facing anxiety, self-esteem and self-confidence issues, identity and sexuality exploration, as well as working with individuals from the sex-positive, kink/poly and LGBTQ+ communities, and addressing issues related to trauma, and stress. I also provide support for the challenges you face in your relationships, such as communication issues and intimacy concerns, among others, in your romantic, professional, friendship and family relationships.

As a trauma informed therapist with a focus on adverse childhood experiences, I create a secure, confidential and warm space where you can explore what’s holding you back. Together, we’ll work to overcome limiting beliefs, stabilise emotions, and integrate past traumas to foster a deep sense of safety within yourself that will be foundational to your personal evolution through self-expression and self-realisation.
