About me:

I have an MA Counseling Psychology and over 20 years managerial and therapeutic support experience within mental health services before starting full-time private practice in 2021.  I am able to support holistically with a range of approaches, working at behavioural, mental, emotional and spiritual/energetic levels as appropriate, so it can be tailored to your needs to support you to create the change in your life you would like.  The work is collaborative and I create a safe space where anything can be discussed and  a space where self understanding, love and acceptance are part of the healing process.  More recent trainings include Internal Family Systems, somatic processing, polyvagal theory and trauma-related counselling.

Therapies offered:

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
  • Gestalt therapy
  • Integrative counselling
  • Internal family systems therapy (IFS)
  • Psychodynamic therapy

Professional bodies:

  • British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
