About me:

Counselling provides you with an empathic and non-judgemental space, whatever it is you're going through. I'm an experienced integrative counsellor, working online and in person in central Cardiff. I see individual adults aged 18 years of age and over. I'm a member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

People come to counselling to discuss all sorts of issues, including: anxiety, depression, loss, abuse, trauma, relationships and unresolved childhood experiences, to name a few. If something's on your mind or impacting you negatively, it's worthy of attention. I'm here to support you and explore any changes you'd like to make through psychologically informed reflection. Being truly seen and heard can be hugely beneficial. A good therapeutic relationship increases your self-worth, self-confidence and general wellbeing. It can be a positive start to feeling better. I look forward to hearing from you.
