About me:

Jo Williams, MBACP (Accred)

Jo Williams is a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Integrative Clinical Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the health and wellbeing sector. Specialising in youth mental health (ages 5–30), suicide prevention, and neurodiversity (ASD/LD), Jo provides a grounded, trauma-informed space for clients navigating complex emotional landscapes.

Jo’s practice is defined by a unique biopsychosocial approach. By integrating her extensive background as a Complementary Therapist with clinical psychotherapy, she addresses the profound connection between mental distress and physical wellbeing. Her experience spans high-acuity crisis intervention with the Jac Lewis Foundation to sessional school-based support with Area 43, making her exceptionally proficient in risk management and multi-agency collaboration.

Currently qualifying as a Clinical Supervisor, Jo is dedicated to maintaining the highest ethical standards. Whether working face-to-face in Carmarthenshire or via secure digital platforms, her goal is to provide inclusive, adaptive, and empowering support tailored to the specific needs of neurodivergent individuals and those in crisis.
