Hello, I’m a qualified Integrative Counselling Therapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer a warm, safe, and supportive space where you can explore your current and past experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself, and find ways of coping and growing that feel right for you.
My approach is empathic and non-judgemental. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and understood. Together, we can gently explore feelings and patterns that may feel painful, confusing, hidden, or difficult to put into words, and make sense of how they may be affecting your life today.
You might be feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or alone, struggling with relationships, old patterns, or painful memories. You may be wanting to feel more confident, authentic, or connected to yourself or to others. Therapy with me offers a space to explore these experiences safely, understand where they come from, and find ways forward that feel meaningful and lasting.
I often draw on attachment-focused work, exploring how early experiences can shape the way we relate to ourselves and others in the present. This can help bring awareness to repeating patterns, support healing of past wounds, and open up more fulfilling ways of connecting. As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to you, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, and existential perspectives, always working at a pace that feels respectful and manageable.
I believe each person has an innate drive toward growth and wellbeing, even when this becomes obscured by painful experiences or the pressures of everyday life. In therapy, we can gently shine a light on parts of yourself that may have had to remain hidden, supporting you to live more fully and authentically.
One of my favourite metaphors for therapy is exploring a cave. You are the expert on your own cave, your inner world, your history, your experiences. My role is to bring the torch, helping us carefully illuminate what’s been hidden so you can move forward with greater clarity and strength.
Reaching out for therapy is a brave first step. I offer a free 20–30 minute consultation (phone or online), giving you a chance to get a feel for how we might work together and to ask any questions, with no obligation.
I offer therapy in English and Romanian.
