About me:

What a fortunate encounter. You have landed here.

It can be unnerving to arrive somewhere or meet someone for the first time. Even more when carrying a heavy load.

Pause here. Breathe. Consider the possibilities. Then, if you wish to proceed further, I will try my best to help you identify the pieces of the puzzle for which you are searching, and to support you as you take your next steps.

Thanks for visiting me, for however long that may be.

I have worked in partnership with the police and a national charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour.

I also worked with supporting survivors of trauma and persecution.

I work with neurodiverse clients, as well as with people who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am here to explore with you, to create a safe space, and to welcome all of you. No two people are the same, therefore no two sessions are the same. I draw from my Transactional Analysis base to help the process and also bits that I have found useful over the years such as Person Centre, working with parts, play and art therapy with and overall attention to the body and the surroundings regardless if the session is indoors or outdoors.

Therapies offered:

  • Transactional analysis

Professional bodies:

  • National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS)
  • United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
