As a counselling psychologist I offer one-to-one talking therapy that focuses on supporting you to understand and manage emotional challenges and mental health issues that may be affecting day to day life and functioning. I can help with a range of problems such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, a lack of purpose and meaning, difficulties with relationships and attachment related issues. I have a specialist interest in working with the psychological impact of having a disability, and with those experiencing a long-term health condition.
