About me:

You may appear to be managing, yet inside, things feel fragile, confusing, or overwhelming. There can be a sense of holding a lot on your own, questioning where you belong, or feeling unsure of who you are beneath the roles you carry.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, burnout, grief, and life changes, often those who have learned to adapt, put others first, or stay strong even when it costs them.
Therapy with me offers a calm, steady space where you can slow down and feel what is there without pressure or expectation. Together, we gently explore what you have been carrying, how your identity has been shaped, and what feels true for you now.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring lived experience of navigating different worlds, supporting you in feeling more settled, connected, and at home in yourself.

Therapies offered:

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
  • Existential therapy
  • Humanistic therapies
  • Integrative counselling
  • Intercultural therapy
  • Person-centred therapy
  • Psychoanalytical and psychodynamic therapies

Professional bodies:

  • British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
