About me:

Hello and welcome.

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, especially if you are living with ongoing stress, anxiety, depression, addiction or difficult family and work relationships. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure how things became this way. Whatever brings you here, you will be met with warmth, respect and understanding.

I am an experienced person-centred/integrative therapist offering a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can speak freely. I believe that each of us holds within us the capacity for growth and healing, even when life experiences have made that hard to see. My role is to walk alongside you as we gently explore what has shaped you, make sense of past experiences and begin to loosen the hold of influences that no longer serve you.

Many of the people I work with are managing anxiety or low mood while still trying to function day to day. Others may be struggling with addictive patterns or long-standing family issues that continue to affect their confidence and relationships. In our work together, we move at your pace. There is no criticism and no pressure — only careful listening and thoughtful reflection.

Therapy can help you reconnect with your own inner clarity, strengthen self-trust and begin building a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are. Change does not come from being told what to do, but from feeling heard, understood and accepted.

If you are considering counselling, I would be honoured to support you.
