Togetherall is an online, anonymous, peer-to-peer mental health community for ages 16+ where members can connect with others who have gone through similar experiences to give and receive support. Togetherall is available 24/7, giving members access to a supportive community and a wealth of materials. Our clinically managed, trained professionals staff the website at all times of day and night to provide moderation and in the moment support, if required. Please note that Togetherall is not a crisis service and does not offer virtual counselling.
Togetherall is freely available through several different means. Veterans and their family members, family members of serving military personnel, as well as some serving personnel, can access Togetherall for free through our partnership with NHS England. The service is also commissioned widely across the UK by the NHS, councils, and health insurance providers. You may also be able to freely access Togetherall through your employer, university, or college. There is currently no option for an individual paid subscription for Togetherall.
