For anyone under 18 who needs specialist help with their mental health, we offer Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). We support young people and their families right across England from two dedicated centres: the St Aubyn Centre in Colchester and the Poplar Adolescent Unit at Rochford Hospital. Both locations have a team of highly skilled mental health professionals. They're here to provide assessments, a range of treatments, educational resources, and short-term rehabilitation programmes for young people.
After our expert assessments and working closely with the young person and their family or carers, we put together an individual package of treatment and support. This is always tailored to their specific needs and gets reviewed regularly.
