It can be tough navigating the challenges of youth, and that's why we offer a confidential and complimentary support service for individuals up to the age of 25. Whether you're grappling with mental well-being, juggling caring duties, facing housing dilemmas, or have questions about sexual health, we're here to lend an ear and offer guidance.
Should you feel the need to chat, you're welcome to drop in, ring us, send a message, or fire over an email during our operational hours. Our phone, text, and WhatsApp lines are open from noon until 5 PM, Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays between 10 AM and 1 PM. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by text at 07514 783745. If you reach out beyond these times, simply leave a voicemail, send an email, or text, and we'll endeavour to reply within 24 hours. Please note that while we might use various numbers to contact you, using our primary line is the most reliable way to ensure a prompt response from our team.
For assistance with housing, sexual health, mental health concerns, financial worries, or any other issue weighing on your mind, please don't hesitate to visit us or get in touch during our open hours. We facilitate drop-in sessions, with timings varying by location. For details specific to this site, please refer to the information provided below and on our website. These sessions don't require an appointment; you can simply turn up for a confidential discussion with a project worker about your feelings, and together you can determine the most appropriate next steps. During these drop-ins, you can receive information and support on a wide range of topics, including housing, benefits, job searching, mental health support, and anything else you might need help with. Additionally, we provide on-site pregnancy and STI testing, along with C-card pick-up and registration, and food bank vouchers.
Our current drop-in schedule for the Cambridge hub is Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12 PM to 5 PM, and Fridays from 12 PM to 4 PM.
