This service is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for individuals aged 17 and over who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health conditions. This includes, but isn't limited to, challenges such as bipolar illness, various forms of depression, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and conditions like psychosis or schizophrenia. Our aim is to help you manage your illness, understand your treatment options, and connect you with vital community resources. We also believe in involving families and carers in the journey, offering support for relapse prevention, conducting thorough risk assessments, and planning for your smooth transition back into daily life. This support is provided in person, ensuring a direct and personal approach to your care. The service is proudly part of the NHS, making quality mental healthcare accessible.
